Queues
The Queues section lists the queues that you can access in the selected OU. The main queues are always shown, even if they are empty. Associated queues appear only if they have messages. A main queue and its associated queues are displayed as a group, a queue family, in consecutive rows of the list.
Click a queue name to access that queue. If it is a main queue with purpose Create, the
Create page is shown. For other queues, the Message
List appears. Click Refresh
at the top of the section or the Refresh link at
the bottom to refresh the message counts of the queue list.

For example, the draft queue for the FIN1Create queue that is shown in Figure 1 is indicated by the indented italic string FIN1Create - Draft.

The MER Facility initially sorts the list by queue name, in alphabetical order. Click sort by # of messages at the top to sort by the number of messages in the queue families, in descending order. Each queue family is still displayed in consecutive rows of the list. The number of messages in template queues are not considered for sorting. Click sort by name to sort by queue names again.
