Administering authorisations

FTM SWIFT provides the following predefined roles that determine which actions a user can perform:

Relationship manager

A relationship manager can use the RMA to:

• Create an authorisation
• Edit authorisations
• Discard pending changes to an authorisation
• Enable an authorisation
• Revoke an authorisation
• Delete an authorisation
• View the history of an authorisation

Relationship administrator

A relationship administrator can use the RMA to:

• Break user locks
• Delete stale authorisations

Relationship approver

A relationship approver can use RMA only to approve actions that were performed by a relationship manager.
