deleteService

Purpose

Use this command to delete a service from a service list. If the deleted service is the last in the list, the list is also deleted. Deleting the last entry is possible only if no message partner uses the list.

Changes to a service list do not become effective for an SAG until its configuration is approved and deployed as described in Approving and deploying SAG configuration data. At that time, all message partners to which the service list is assigned are automatically updated to reflect the changes.

If a deleted service list is shared among several SAGs, you must deploy all those SAGs. Which SAGs are affected can be determined by issuing the listServiceLists command, which is described in listServiceLists.
