Accessing LDAP registries

This tutorial shows the different aspects that are related to Decision Center user access to an LDAP as user registry.

Before you start
Prepare for the tutorial by reading its description, and checking the audience and prerequisites.
Task 1: Preparing the LDAP environment
In this task, you install and prepare ApacheDS to have an LDAP directory server to connect to in the next tasks. You only need to do step 1, which automatically does what is described in the other steps.
Task 2: Adding the LDAP to the security realm
In this task, you add your new LDAP server to the security realm of the sample server.
Task 3: Importing to the Decision Center database
In this task, you import into Decision Center the groups and users that you created in your LDAP.
Task 4: Enforcing security on decision services
In this task you enforce security on decision services to give access to users based on their groups.
