Administering Product Master
If you have the required permissions, you can perform administrative tasks for the Product Master.
The Product Master administrator manages company data models, users, roles, system services, defines clusters, and monitors the system.
You can perform following tasks as a Product Master administrator.
- Create a schema
Create a schema for your database with
create_schema.shscript. - Create a company
Create a new company for production deployment or a test company that you can use to test your installation.
- Assigning roles in Product Master
After completing the installation, assign appropriate roles to the Product Master users.
- Managing master data by using Product Master
The Persona-based UI provides an enhanced user interface, which includes improved navigation experience, search, and collaboration areas on a home page depending upon your role and privileges.
