Configuring the Case Analyzer store

Configure the Case Analyzer store properties to specify the source for workflow event data.

Procedure

To access and configure the Case Analyzer store properties:

  1. Start the Administration Console for Content Platform Engine and log in as the gcd_admin user.
  2. In the domain navigation pane, select Case Analyzer. To access the Case Analyzer store properties, expand Case Analyzer and select a Case Analyzer store.
  3. On the General tab, enter the required information.
  4. Continue through the Case Analyzer store tabs to complete the configuration of the Case Analyzer store.
