Creating tasks

The Task class is a base class that does not allow instances. You can create instances only from a subclass of the Task class.

To create a task:

1. Access the document properties in the administration console:
   1. In the domain navigation pane, click the object store that contains the document.
   2. In the object store navigation pane, click Browse and click the folder that contains the document.
   3. In the details pane, click the document.
2. On the Tasks tab, click New to start the New Task wizard.
3. Complete the wizard.
