Crystal Reports provide a statistical view of many of the activities performed by IBM® Enterprise Records.

Guidelines for entering values during report generation
You must use date, integer, and string values when completing the fields that are used for generating reports.
Configuring reports for IBM Enterprise Records Crystal Reports
There are different steps to follow depending on whether you customized or did not customize your Crystal Reports templates.
Configuring reports if you did not customize them under IBM Enterprise Records
If you did not customize your Crystal Reports templates, you must copy them to Drive:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\Samples\en\Reports on your Crystal Reports server overwriting the existing reports.
Configuring reports if you customized them under IBM Enterprise Records
If you customized your Crystal Reports templates, copy them to Drive:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\Samples\en\Reports on your Crystal Reports server. This copy overwrites your existing reports.
