Getting started with OpenPages

With OpenPages, you can manage the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functions that enables you to identify, manage, monitor, and report on risk and compliance initiatives.

The OpenPages service provides a powerful, scalable, and dynamic toolset that enables you to tackle the following use cases:
  • Business continuity management
  • Data Privacy Management
  • Financial controls management
  • Internal audit management
  • IT governance
  • Model risk governance
  • Operation risk management
  • Policy management
  • Regulatory compliance management
  • Risk management for ESG
  • Third-party risk management
The dashboard shows the tasks assigned to you. It also shows information that is important to you. For example, this image shows a donut graph of KRIs by their breach status.

Checking whether the service is installed

An administrator must install OpenPages.

To check whether the service is installed:

  1. From the navigation menu, select Services > Services catalog.
  2. Search for OpenPages.

If the service is installed and ready to use, the tile in the catalog shows Ready to use.

If the service is installed but no service instances have been created, the tile in the catalog shows Ready to provision.

Important: Even if the service is Ready to use, you must be added to a service instance to use the service.

Accessing the service

Pop-out OpenPages is a pop-out service. You can access the service from the Service > Service instances page.

Administrators can access the service from Service > Service instances page.
