Load Process Report
A Load Process Report provides general information and statistics about the load.
The following is a sample:

The Load Process Report displays the following information:
- Name of the load request (or Untitled if not saved).
- Name of the server, or Local for workstation.
- Directory path and name of the source file used as input to the process.
- Directory path and name of the control file.
- Name of the table map or LOCAL.
- User ID for the account that initiated the load process.
- Date and time the conversion phase started.
- Date and time the conversion phase finished.
- Elapsed time of the conversion phase.
- Status.
Errors
A list of any errors or warnings is provided. For example, an internal error condition occurs when the discard row limit is exceeded or if authorization to access a database table is missing.
Process Summary
Statistics are provided for data prepared to load:
- Number of Tables Processed.
- Number of Rows Extracted.
- Number of Rows Converted.
- Number of Rows with Errors.
Row Details
Information is provided for each table:
- Number of extracted rows.
- Number of converted rows.
- Number of failed rows.
- Names of tables listed in the order in the source file. The name of a table selected on the Fast Load Confirmation dialog is underscored.
Save the Report
Click to open the Windows Save dialog.
Print the Report
Click to open the Windows Print dialog.
Redisplay the Report
Click to display the report from the last load process run, or to list all retained Load Process Reports.
