6C96 Backup of a file is not allowed when it is contained in an aggregate that is owned by a
system where zFS does not support file backups.
Action
Retry the command after ensuring that file backups are supported on
every system that can become the zFS owner of the aggregate. If this problem persists, contact your
service representative.
