IRR8034I RACF® Database updates must be done with a z/OS® V1R5.0 or later level of IRRMIN00.

Explanation
The templates on the database are z/OS V1R5.0 (FMID
HRF7708) or later level and can only be updated with a version of the IRRMIN00 utility that is that
level or greater. The IRRMIN00 version that you are attempting to use to update the database is
before z/OS V1R5.0.

IRRMIN00 processing stops. No action is taken.

V1R5.0 or later systems that are sharing the RACF database,
or have the IRRMIN00 JCL STEPLIB to an APF-authorized library containing that highest level of
IRRMIN00.
