This trace record is written when the MVS™ Resume I/O service is invoked and for HPDT only.

For record types with suffix I, X, or T, the CIO events
are also captured within the NCB (pointed to by NCBCIOMV). The NCB
trace table is mapped by NCBCIOAR.
