Explanation
This message is issued when a PARMLIB UPDATE(xx) or a SET IKJTSO=xx command is being processed. A LOCATE macro error occurred while trying to retrieve catalog information for the broadcast data set specified in the DATASET subfield of the BROADCAST keyword of the IKJTSOxx parmlib member.
In addition to this message, one of the following messages will also be issued to describe the error: IKJ55138E, IKJ55139E, IKJ55140E, or IKJ55141E.
System action
The PARMLIB UPDATE(xx) or SET IKJTSO=xx command fails.

Also, you may be able to avoid this error by using the VOLUME subfield of the BROADCAST keyword to specify explicitly the volume on which the broadcast data set resides.
