Explanation
One of the following occurred:
- The account number entered has not been defined to the RACF® data base.
The RACF administrator must first define the account number as a RACF resource and then give you access via the PERMIT command. (However, if the procedure is not in the procedure library, the logon attempt will still fail).
- The RACF class ACCTNUM
is not active.
The RACF administrator must activate the RACF class ACCTNUM via the SETROPTS command.
