Explanation
 RACF® indicates
that you are not authorized to log on, in line mode, with the specified
security label (SECLABEL).

System action
 The system prompts you for a valid security label.

System programmer response
 If the user should be allowed to
specify the security label displayed in the message, authorize that
user by using the RACF PERMIT
command.  For more information about the PERMIT command, see z/OS Security Server RACF Command Language Reference.

User response
 Log on with a valid security label or contact
your security administrator.
