When the program is IKTLOGR and the return code is 12, it means either the USERMAX limit in the TSOKEYxx member has been exceeded or the CLSDST PASS to the old address space failed.

When the program is IKTLOGR and the return code is 26, it means reconnect failed because a previous reconnect attempt was already in progress. Wait and try again later.
