 Processing continues.  If a secondary language

the message cannot be issued in the secondary language, or if no secondary
language was specified, the message is issued in US English.

 Refer to the description of the TRANMSG
macro in z/OS MVS Programming: Assembler Services Reference ABE-HSP for
an explanation of the return and reason codes. Take the action suggested
for the particular return code.

User response
 Ask your system administrator to activate the
language you want. When the language is active, messages will be displayed
in the specified language if translated versions of the messages are
available.
