VLFNOTE command operands (non-PDS)

ADD: specifies that you have added a minor name to a major name.
DELETE: specifies that you have deleted a minor name from a major name or that you have deleted a major name from an installation-supplied class.
UPDATE: specifies that you have updated a minor name associated with a major name.
CLASS(class_name): specifies the name of an installation-supplied class (class name beginning with a letter from H - Z) affected by the change you made.
MAJOR(major_name): specifies the major name associated with the change you made.
MINOR(minor_name): specifies the minor name associated with the change you made.
