Example 8: Reactivate a TSOLIB library from the stack

Operation: Based on Example 6: The use of TSOLIB library stacking, (or Example 7: The use of the TSOLIB COND operand) exclude the currently active library AALIB and activate the last one stacked (SYS00102).
