EDGSPLCS file for the EDGUTIL utility

z/OS DFSMSrmm Implementation and Customization Guide

The EDGSPLCS file is written to during EDGUTIL VERIFY(SMSTAPE) processing. If this DD name is allocated, it causes EDGUTIL to create statements to be used with the EDGSPLCS utility. Figure 1 shows JCL for allocating the EDGSPLCS file during EDGUTIL processing:
