Non-APF authorized, problem state and key (0-8).
Dispatchable unit mode
Task
Cross memory mode
PASN=HASN=SASN
AMODE
31-bit
ASC mode
Primary
Interrupt status
Enabled for I/O and external interrupts
Locks
The caller must not be locked.
Control parameters
Control parameters must be in the primary address space.
