This callable service is used to create a trusted block in a two step process. The block will be in external form, encrypted under an IMP-PKA transport key. This means that the MAC key contained within the trusted block will be encrypted under the IMP-PKA key. The callable service name for AMODE(64) invocation is CSNFTBC.
