When DFSMShsm invokes DFSMSdss to perform a full-volume dump, DFSMShsm causes the dump to be done specifying the ALLEXCP and ALLDATA parameters but not specifying the COMPRESS parameter. Patches can be applied either to add or to remove any of these three functions.
