Specifying when automatic secondary space management can process

The SECONDARYSPMGMTCYCLE parameter of the DEFINE command defines the cycle of automatic secondary space management.

Example: To define the days for secondary space management to run and the start date, use the following command: 
DEFINE SECONDARYSPMGMTCYCLE(YNNNYNN) -
CYCLESTARTDATE(1998/09/12)
