You cannot recall an SMS-managed data set to a specific SMS-managed
volume. You can, however, recall an SMS-managed data set to a specific
non-SMS-managed volume and remove the data set from SMS management.

RECALL GDSMC.G3.V5 UNIT(3390) VOLUME(GP0003) FORCENONSMS
the
data set is recalled to GP0003 and is no longer under SMS management.
