GDS management class attributes

Data sets in generation data groups use the GDS management class (GDSMC) for the following results:

Data sets expire if they are not used in seven days and 90 days have passed since they were created.
Unused allocated space is not released from any data sets.
Data sets that are not used in five days migrate to ML1.
Data sets never migrate to migration level 2.
Non-rolled-off data sets that exceed the last two generations receive priority for command and event-driven migration.
Rolled-off generation data sets are expired.
