Common recall queue environment

With all hosts in an HSMplex connected to the same common recall queue (CRQ), no contention for the same tape exists within the recall function. This makes the recall tape takeaway from recall function obsolete. With multiple CRQplexes in the same HSMplex, recall tape takeaway from recall manages contention between the separate CRQplexes. With one or more hosts not connected to a CRQ, recall tape takeaway from recall manages contention between the unconnected hosts and the CRQ.

For hosts connected to a CRQ, recall task takeaway becomes involved only when recalls are directed to a host's local queue. It then becomes possible for that host's tape tasks to process multiple requests from single tapes while a higher priority tape request is on its local queue.

Using the recall takeaway function, any host that is connected to the CRQ can process the recalls from a tape that was marked for takeaway by another host that was connected to the same CRQ.
