However, if RACF® indicates a lack of authority, DFSMShsm fails the data set backup request if the concurrent copy request is specified as REQUIRED, VIRTUALREQUIRED or CACHEREQUIRED. If the concurrent copy request is not specified as REQUIRED, VIRTUALREQUIRED or CACHEREQUIRED and RACF indicates a lack of authority, DFSMShsm continues to back up the data set as if the concurrent copy keyword were not specified on the backup command.
