Transition data management class attributes

For data sets that need to remain online for an extended period of time, but need to be stored on a less expensive storage media after a certain time period, the standard transition (STDTRANS) management class can been defined. Data sets that use this management class receive the following processing:

The data sets transition after 15 days of inactivity.
Data sets do not transition if serialization cannot be obtained.
Standard data movement is used.
The data sets migrate to ML2 after 366 days of inactivity.
The data sets expire after 7 years.
