When you restore the data, this entire range or its subset must be specified with the RESTORE command. Restriction: You cannot use the TRACKS

with the TOL(ENQF) keyword.
DFSMSdss verifies that the range
is within the limits of the device.
If you do not specify all four values for a range, DFSMSdss provides
the missing values unless the omitted value causes a syntax error.
