Workflow Assignments application
You can use the Workflow Assignments application to monitor your workflow assignments and take advantage of time-saving features.
The Workflow Assignments application shows all of the workflow assignments that are assigned to
you. You can use the KPIs on the list page to easily track:
- Whether you have any overdue assignments.
- How many assignments are due this week.
- How many assignments are Priority 1.
- How many work orders your assignments are associated with.
In addition to being tracked on the Overdue tile, overdue assignments in the table are marked by a red icon.
The Workflow Assignments application supports both singular and bulk actions. Select a single assignment to route it or select multiple assignments to accept, reject, or reassign them all at once.
You can click any assignment to open it in the application in which it was created. You can also organize your assignments into custom views. For more information, see Custom views.
