Modifying the sequence of terms for records

You can change the order in which the terms for a record display. You can modify the sequence to display a more logical order, or to list certain terms sequentially.

1. In the appropriate Purchasing or Contract application, display the record with which you want to associate a term.
2. Click the Terms and Conditions tab.
3. In the Terms and Conditions table window, locate the rows for which you want to change the sequence.
4. In the Sequence column for the appropriate rows, specify a value. You can enter any integer up to 9999. The product defaults the sequence numbers to multiples of 10. You can rearrange the order without renumbering the entire sequence.
5. Click Save.
