Adding users to security group

You must add a user to the correct security group to grant access to Maximo® Manage and Cognos® Analytics integration menu options

1. From the navigation menu, go to Security > Users.
2. Search for an existing user and select the username from the search results.
   Note: You can only search for existing users. New users are created at the Maximo Application Suite level and migrated to Maximo Manage.
3. Go to the Groups tab and click Select Groups.
4. In the Select Groups dialog, select the COGNOSUSERS group and click OK.
5. Click Save to save your changes to the user.
