Incidents module

To report potentially unsafe conditions, and to prevent accidents, as a self-service user, you use the Create Incident application to create incident records. The Create Incident application is located in the Incidents module within the Self Service module. You can choose a template that best suits your specific incident type.

With the Review Incidents application in the Incidents module, you can review existing incident records and drafts of incident records. Incident records can also be reviewed and processed by maintenance or other personnel.
