Importing IBM Security AppScan Enterprise data sources

You can import data sources from IBM Security AppScan Enterprise into IBM Data Risk Manager inventory for risk analysis and actions.

Before you begin

Ensure that IBM Data Risk Manager is integrated with IBM Security AppScan Enterprise. For more information about integration steps, see Integrating IBM Security AppScan Enterprise with IBM Data Risk Manager.

About this task

The transaction icon Transaction successful icon indicates that the most recent import operation was successful.

The transaction icon Transaction failure icon indicates that the most recent import operation was failed.

The transaction icon Transaction progress icon indicates that the most recent import operation is in progress.

Procedure

  1. Log on to IBM Data Risk Manager Application Suite (https://<IDRM-Server-IP-Address>:8443/albatross/a3suite).
  2. Click the application menu icon Application navigation icon.
  3. Go to Business Context Modeler > Enterprise Integration Wizard > Integration > Data Source.
  4. Import data sources.
    1. Click the Download icon Download icon.
    2. On the Import window, select an IBM Security AppScan Enterprise instance from the list.
    3. Click Import.
      When the import operation is complete, the IBM Security AppScan Enterprise data sources are added to the inventory.
    4. To refresh data source inventory list, click the Refresh icon Refresh icon.
    The data source that you added is listed on the Data Source page. Alternatively, you can also view the data sources that you imported on the Create/Update Inventory page under Business Context Modeler > Enterprise Integration Wizard > Manage Inventory > Data Source > Application.
