Changing your preferences

You can set preferences to specify the user interface language and format of dates and times. Your preferences take effect immediately and are active until you change them.

Note: Your preferences for Self Service do not apply to any other user or to any other IBM® Sterling™ Intelligent Promising tool, such as environment-specific tools.

Procedure

To change your preferences, complete the following steps:

  1. Open Self Service. For more information, see Accessing Self service.
    For the list of supported browsers, see Web browser support.
  2. Click the User Actions icon and then click User profile.
  3. In the User settings dialog, select the date time format to apply and click Update.
    All times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
    Your preferences are applied immediately.
