Order Hub is a user interface that fulfillment and order management
professionals can use to manage their fulfillment network. You can translate your business goals
into actions within the fulfillment network by using the intuitive interface, contextual data, and
key performance metrics that Order Hub provides.
Before you begin
- A tenant administrator must add you as a user. When you are added as an Order Hub
user, you can log in to Order Hub by using your IBMid. For more information, see
Adding users.
- Ensure that you are using a supported
browser.
Procedure
You need an IBMid account to log in to Order Hub.
- If you do not have an IBMid:
- Check your email for an invitation with the subject You're invited -
Response requested or from sender
noreply@app.omsbusinessusercontrols.ibm.com. The invitation contains a link and
instructions to access your account. If the invitation is not in your main inbox, check your spam
mail.
- Click the Accept Invitation link in the email that you received
informing you that your Order Hub account is ready.
You are directed to a
site to sign up for an IBMid.
Important: You must use the Accept Invitation link in your
invitation email to access Order Hub for the first time. Do not try to log in to
Order Hub directly by using a URL when you are accessing it for the first
time.
- After you complete the sign up, you are redirected and logged in to Order Hub.
- If you have an IBMid, go to IBM Sterling and log in with your IBMid.
