Installation of OMEGAMON Web UI

To analyze and visualize data gathered from OMEGAMON monitoring agents, you must install OMEGAMON Web UI. Once you have the prerequisites, you can configure the installation files based on your environment.

OMEGAMON Web UI 2.1.0 is available as a component in Tivoli Management Services on z/OS in 6.4. It consists of OMEGAMON Gateway and OMEGAMON Data Requester, both of which must be installed separately to ensure complete product functionality.

You can install OMEGAMON Web UI either in Linux system for amd64 or IBM Z running Red Hat Enterprise Linux (z/Linux) for s390x. The installation process is mostly the same, with only a few minor differences.

Note: The installation instructions include configuration of OMEGAMON Web UI with Keycloak as the single sign-on (SSO) provider using the OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocol. You can also use any standards-compliant OIDC provider.
