How do I view visitor sessions?

Consolidated UI streamlines how you work with visitor sessions by providing a single interface from which you can replay sessions, work with session timeline, and work with raw data from the session.

In Replay view, you can watch a replay of visitor sessions and analyze user interactions (such as clicking buttons, filling out a form, or selecting from a list) with each web page or mobile application. By analyzing sessions in replay, you can understand pain points or general struggle that visitors encountered with the application.

In Session timeline view, you can view a chronological list of the events that occurred during the session.

In Raw data view, you can view the code and raw website data of the steps in a session replay. You can create events, step attributes, and hit attributes from within the code.

In your user profile, you can set a preference for how to open sessions. The default is set to open sessions in Replay view. You can also set a preference to open Replay view in a separate tab.
