Before you begin
The Acoustic provisioning team creates your product instance (organization), creates the first application, and creates the Org Admin account. The person who is assigned to the Org Admin user account receives a welcome email and instructions on how to access Acoustic Experience Analytics (Tealeaf). The Org Admin can't start any of the administrative tasks until provisioning is complete.
About this task
As the Org Admin, you need to understand how your organization was provisioned, what applications are available, and how to create user accounts and assign user roles.
You can access the administrative features in Acoustic Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) by clicking your User account name in the menu bar and selecting Admin.
