Viewing contract order lines
A B2B contract order line represents a single item or service within a larger contractual agreement between a supplier and a business customer. Account managers view contract order lines to monitor order fulfillment and promptly resolve issues, ensure compliance with contractual agreements, and analyze sales performance to optimize revenue streams.

If the contract order includes kits that include multiple components, a kit icon is
displayed as three stacked circles in the Order line number field. The kit is the only line item that
is displayed. The components within the kit are not displayed as separate order lines because they
cannot be ordered separately.
If the contract order includes added services, an icon is displayed in the order lines field. A provided service is shown as a people icon and a delivery service is shown as a truck icon.
