Viewing contract order lines

A B2B contract order line represents a single item or service within a larger contractual agreement between a supplier and a business customer. Account managers view contract order lines to monitor order fulfillment and promptly resolve issues, ensure compliance with contractual agreements, and analyze sales performance to optimize revenue streams.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. From the main menu, select Dashboards > Account.
  3. Under Account, from the drop-down menu, select the account for which you want to view the contract order list.
  4. Click the flyout menu icon and select Contract orders.
  5. Select the contract order number for which you want to view the details.
    • To view a draft contract order, click the contract order number for which you want to view the details.
    • To view a confirmed contract order, click the Active tab. Then, either click the overflow menu and select Edit contract order, or click the contract order number for which you want to modify, and from the Actions drop-down menu, select Edit contract order.
  6. Click the flyout menu icon and select Order lines.

Results

You see a table that has all contract order lines for the contract order that you selected. The table displays the following fields by default.
  • Order lines
  • SKU
  • Product name
  • Expected, fulfilled, and remaining quantities
  • Offer price
  • Estimated value
If the contract order includes bundles that include multiple components, a bundle icon is displayed in the Order line number field. The components that you added to the bundle are indented and displayed as separate line items. Bundles within bundles are also indented.

If the contract order includes kits that include multiple components, a kit icon is displayed as three stacked circles Kit icon that looks like 3 stacked circles in the Order line number field. The kit is the only line item that is displayed. The components within the kit are not displayed as separate order lines because they cannot be ordered separately.

If the contract order includes added services, an icon is displayed in the order lines field. A provided service is shown as a people icon and a delivery service is shown as a truck icon.

You can modify how the data is displayed. For more information, see Customizing table columns. You can also refine the list of contract lines by filtering the data. You can filter the data by product name, SKU, or other criteria. You can add, edit, remove, and save your filter criteria. For more information, see Filtering data.
