Information for network firewall policy

Use the following format to submit your request to allow domain names and ports to connect to your external systems from the Sterling™ Order Management System.

To reduce the potential delays caused by IBM network team, who might need additional information that is related to your request, it is recommended that you provide the information in the following format:

Is outbound communication encryped: [Y] | [N] [If the direction is outbound from Sterling Order Management System, 
confirm if outbound communication is encrypted.]

Port: <Port that needs to be opened by IBM to connect to the external service>

After you update the network integrations worksheet, you can submit your request by entering a CASE with the IBM Support.
