Modifying cancellation reason codes

You can modify the work order cancellation reason codes to suit your business needs.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Cancellation Reason Codes window. To navigate to the Cancellation Reason window, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator. The Business Center home page opens.
    2. Click System Setup. The System Setup home page opens.
    3. Expand the Work Order menu, and click Cancellation Reason Codes. The Cancellation Reason window opens.
  2. In the Cancellation Reason Name field, click and modify the name of the cancellation reason code.
  3. In the Cancellation Reason Description field, click and modify the description of the cancellation reason code.
  4. Click Save.
