Existing Order Hub features and metrics have default configurations. Some of these features and metrics can be customized to suit your business needs.

Customizing options for alert rules
Users can create alert rules in Order Hub to be alerted when the fulfillment process is running behind schedule and presents a risk to the timely fulfillment of an order.
Customizing statuses that are considered Fulfilled
The Workspaces and Node pages in Order Hub include various metrics, such as Fill rate or SLA met that depend on whether an order line or a release is considered Fulfilled. By default, Fulfilled includes statuses that are Shipped or higher (status 3700 or higher) or Carried (status 1100.7777).
Enabling monitors for order and shipment alerts
For Order alert rules and Shipment alert rules to trigger and display alerts in Order Hub, you need to enable an Order monitor and a Shipment monitor.
