Get started with IBM® Guardium® Data Security Center SaaS.
If your organization uses a firewall that restricts network access, configure an allowlist of the following hostnames for access to Guardium
Data Security Center:
guardium.security.ibm.com(United States)eu.guardium.security.ibm.com(European Union)
If your organization employs a proxy server, following are the proxy rules that must be configured for access to IBM
Guardium Data Security Center SaaS:
guardium.security.ibm.com(United States)eu.guardium.security.ibm.com(European Union)digicert.com*.digicert.com*.akamaiedge.net*.akamaihd.net*.akamaistream.net*.akamaitechnologies.com*.edgesuite.net*.edgekey.net*.akamaized.net
Access IBM
Guardium Data Security Center SaaS by entering one of the following root URLs in your browser:
- https://guardium.security.ibm.com (United States)
- https://eu.guardium.security.ibm.com (European Union)
Then, use your IBMid to log in.
After you log in to Guardium Data Security Center, click your user icon in the upper right corner to sign out. Next to your user icon is your tenant. If you click your tenant, you see your list of tenant IDs (a tenant ID is an alphanumeric identifier that begins with TNT_). To switch to a different tenant, select it from the list.
Before you can use Guardium Data Security Center to monitor data, you must connect to at least one data source.
Outbound IP addresses for allowlisting
If you use a proxy server to control outbound connections from your environment, add the following IBM Guardium Data Security Center SaaS IP addresses to your proxy allowlist.
The following IP addresses are for United States production environments:
