Notifications
Notifications refer to the messages or alerts that provide information about specific events, activities, or important occurrences within the integrated environment. For example, you get a notification when a workflow gets imported into a project by a user or when the administrator updates any role.
The notifications are displayed on the notifications center. The notification center is a
centralized location where you can view and manage your notifications. The notifications are grouped
under the following sections:
- Important
- Displays a list of your pinned notifications.
- Inbox
- Displays a list of all notifications received since you subscribed.
You need to subscribe to receive notifications about the events that occur in the environment.
Events can be specific to one of the following options:
- Topic
- Indicates the operation for which the notifications must be sent, for example, when a workflow is imported, or a user role is created.
- Source
- Indicates the entity that generates the notifications. Source can generate various types of notifications such as a runtime is restarted, or a runtime is deregistered.
You can check the notifications center to get updates about important events or changes without being interrupted. A red dot is shown on the bell icon to indicate new notifications. The notifications center displays a maximum of 1000 unread notifications. New notifications archive the oldest notifications.
