When enabling new content types and creating your own reports, you may need
to create your own custom registry settings. By default, you cannot create or delete settings until
you enable the feature.
Common > Configuration > Allow Create and Delete Settings
Default: false
Values:
true - enable the creation and deletion
of custom settings.
false - disable the creation and deletion
of custom settings.
