You can view the latest crashes or a list of
all of the crashes for your app that are reported to MobileFirst Quality Assurance.
About this task
To view the list of crashes, complete the following steps:
Procedure
- Click All Apps in the navigation menu.
- From the list of apps, click the app that you want to view information for. The Dashboard page for the selected app is displayed.
- Depending on the version of the application that you are using, click either or .
- In the Crashed sessions list section, review the information about
crashes. Each entry includes the following details about the crash:
- The identification number of the crash.
- The date of the last crash
- The affected version of the app
- The number of times the crash occurred (in parentheses)
- The operating system for the device that most recently crashed
- The device that most recently crashed
- Whether the crash is synchronized with an external bug-tracking
product
- A description of the crash
- The user who experienced the crash
- Select a crash instance to learn more about it.
- Click Details to view more details about the selected crash.
