First steps console fails to start on UNIX with Mozilla Firefox V17 or higher
The IBM® Business Monitor First Steps console does not run on UNIX with Mozilla Firefox V17 or higher.
To access the functions of the IBM Business Monitor First steps console, take the following actions:
- For server commands such as start server, stop server, and start the administrative console, use the WebSphere® Application Server profile First steps console.
- To verify IBM Business Monitor installation, run the profile_root/firststeps.wbm/ivt/ivt.sh command.
- To install the IBM Business Monitor showcase model, run the app_server_root/installableApps.wbm/showcase/scripts/showcase.sh command.
